Private Group Programs at Evans Lake

Evans Lake Forest Education Centre is open year round for private group retreats. Each booking offers exclusive use of the facility including full catering and accommodation for 118 in 10 heated cabins, plus 21 in 6 semi-private rooms. Please review our COVID-19 guidelines for modified group size maximums.

We are available to help you plan and coordinate your program on-site, and our qualified instructors are available to complement your team for activity leadership and forest education programs.  We offer many ideas on fun, educational activities for your group to use before their trip, while at the Evans Lake Forest Education Centre and for follow-up after the trip.

Rates

Price Per Person. Rates Apply to Rentals From March 01 – October 31. Low season rental rates noted below. Rates valid to December 31, 2023.

Weekday Rentals

Monday after 10:00 am to Wednesday by 11:00 am

Wednesday after 12:30 pm to Friday by 2:00 pm

Monday after 10:00 am to Friday by 2:00 pm

Rental Inclusions:

  • Rates rates include the accommodation, activities, 3 meals per nightly rental, plus snacks
  • Accommodations include the use of the cabins and rooms in the Rec Hall
  • Select a set program or we can customize a program with you!
  • Two instructors, to assist with your program for eight hours a day each
  • All activities/courses, unless otherwise noted or discussed

Weekend Rentals

Friday- Sunday (and Statutory Holidays**)
Friday (Thursday) after 4:30 pm to Sunday (Monday) by 2:00 pm

Rental Inclusions:

  • Rates rates include the accommodation, activities, 3 meals per nightly rental, plus snacks
  • Accommodations include the cabins and rooms in the Rec Hall
  • Two instructors for up to 8 hrs/ day
  • Canoeing, paddle-boarding, archery, Gaga Ball, volleyball, orienteering, swimming, field games etc.

Optional Additions

  • Additional host(s) or instructor(s)
  • The prices for additional meal per person are as follows: Breakfast $15, Lunch $17; Dinner $19; Snack $4
  • Meal prices are based on the group menu that is provided. Modifications are subject to additional costs.
  • Special dietary requirements are subject to an additional charge per person

Day Use Rental

$78 per person- includes instruction and lunch. Group minimum 30 people, subject to availability.

From 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Low Season Rentals

10% Off Rental Rate from November 01 – February 28 (rental includes 1 instructor)
