The peaceful forest, still mountain lake, and utterly quiet surroundings are only a few of the natural elements that combine to make weddings at Evans Lake truly unique. There are many choices for a romantic ceremony and reception at our facility. You can say your vows under the canopy of our beautiful forest, capture amazing pictures on our swim dock, have an outdoor feast on our lake front field, or escape to our recreation and dining hall if the weather does not cooperate.

With your exclusive rental, entertaining your wedding guests is easy at Evans Lake. There is an extensive network of hiking trails, swimming, paddle-boarding, canoeing, archery and rock climbing. Or if it suits better, you can relax with a good book, or arrange for a masseuse to come to our facility and offer a pampered experience.

Rental Inclusions

  • Exclusive use of the site.
  • Accommodations: 145 beds in 10 cabins and 6 semi private bedrooms in the recreation hall, plus the log cabin. 
  • Maximum group size 120 people.
  • Includes meals from Friday dinner to Sunday brunch.
  • 2 event staff for up to 8 hours a day, to assist with set up, orientation of facility and meal service
  • The use of the canoes, paddle-boards and archery equipment. Access to swimming, volleyball, Gaga Ball, field & forest games. 
  • Plates, cups, cutlery, tables, benches, chairs.

For each meal, please select one menu option. Our team will prepare additional meals for those with communicated special diets. Special dietary requirements are subject to an additional charge of $4.00 per person, per meal.

Classic Prime Rib Dinner
Served with smashed potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and gravy.

West Coast Wild Salmon Filet
Choice of maple mustard glaze, pesto lemon or Provençal tomato sauce.
Choice herbed pasta shells or minted baby potatoes.

Roasted Chicken Breast
With a white wine, cremini mushroom & tarragon cream sauce.
Choice of herb-roasted potatoes or pilaf rice.

Wild Mushroom & Pea Risotto
With parmesan cheese, chives and cream.

Italian-Style Roasted Pork Loin
With a tomato, olive & caper sauce.
Served with pesto baked gnocchi.

Beef Bourguignon
Braised beef in a rich red wine sauce with mushrooms and pearl onions.

Custom Menu Option

If you are renting Evans Lake for a wedding, a unique menu can be created for your group.  If you decide to create a menu, you must liaise with our kitchen team to utilize their experience and knowledge to suggest a menu and determine the additional costs. The cost for a specialized menu depends on the individual request and will be determined on a per/person basis over and above the nightly rate. All customized menu requests must align with our Allergy policy. The group size may also limit what the kitchen can prepare and serve.

Finalized menu preparations must arrive at our offices, no later than two weeks prior to your visit.
