Scrambled Eggs with Croissants or English Muffins or Crumpets, and Assorted Jams
Pancakes and Bacon
French Toast with Breakfast Sausage
Belgium Waffles with Strawberry Compote and Whip Topping
**Ham, sausage or bacon can be added for an additional charge**
**Yogurt, granola and seasonal fruit can be added for an additional charge**
Breakfast also includes: cereal and either apple or orange juice and tea. 
In cooler weather, hot chocolate may sometimes be served as an alternative.
  
Lunch
Soup,  Sandwiches and Vegetables & Dip
Beef Burgers,  French Fries and Vegetables & Dip
Chicken Burgers, French Fries and Vegetables & Dip
Hot Dogs, French Fries and Vegetables & Dip
Macaroni & Cheese, Salad or Vegetables & Dip
Chicken Caesar Pita’s
Lunch also includes: juice, water, coffee and tea

 

Snack
Between Lunch and Dinner a snack of seasonal hard fruit is provided
**If an Out-trip is planned: a packed lunch is available in place of the prepared lunch. This bagged lunch includes: a sandwich, juice box, granola bar or cookie, hand fruit and a bag of chips. This option must be requested two weeks prior to your arrival**

 

Dinner

Beef Burgers, Fries & Gravy and Salad
Chicken Caesar Pita’s & Seasoned Rice
Chicken or Beef Soft Tacos
Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes & Vegetables
BBQ Chicken, Rice or Roasted Potatoes & Vegetable
Chicken Cacciatore, Caesar Salad & Garlic Bread
Penne Pasta with Meatballs, Caesar Salad & Garlic Bread
Lasagna, Caesar Salad & Dinner Roll
Bangers, Mashed Potatoes with Gravy with Vegetable & Apple sauce
Roast Beef, Mashed Potatoes with Gravy, Yorkshire Pudding & Vegetables
Stir-Fry Vegetables, Honey Garlic Chicken Wings, Rice & Egg Rolls
Dinner also includes: milk, water, coffee, tea and dessert.

Customized Private Group Menu

If you are renting Evans Lake for a wedding, family reunion or an other special event, a unique menu can be created for your group.  Private rental groups may decide to use a pre-selected menu as noted in the School & Youth Group Menu list or work with the kitchen team to create a custom menu.

If you decide to create a menu, you must liaise with our kitchen team to utilize their experience and knowledge to suggest a menu and determine the additional costs. The cost for a specialized menu depends on the individual request.  Cost will be determined on a per/person basis over and above the daily / weekend rate. All customized menu requests must align with our Allergy policy.

Finalized menu preparations must arrive at our offices, no later than two weeks prior to your visit.  The group size may also limit what the kitchen can prepare and serve.
