A huge thank you to the Squamish Savings Community Project Grant, for their generous donation of $5,150 towards the construction of the new Outdoor Learning Centre, at Evans Lake. This structure was completed this spring to allow the school groups and summer camp program to run outdoor education classes in inclement weather. We believe strongly in a hands-on learning approach to outdoor and forest education. By having a large shelter next to the forest, the campers, teachers and staff can stay outdoors longer and really experience the forest environment.      We are so excited to share this with you!
