* YOUTH CAMP – RIVER FLOAT $75
New to Evans Lake Summer Camp in 2017, is a class 1 & 2 River Float. Campers registered for the river float will begin their adventure with a full safety orientation and a gear-fitting before travelling a short distance to the river put-in point. The experienced guides will familiarize our team with the pristine Cheakamus river before commencing the float down the class 1 & 2 sections. This gentle and fun, scenic rafting adventure will feature small splashy rapids and will let us see the river like you’ve never seen it before! This trip is geared towards families and children
* JUNIOR TEEN CAMP – HIGH ROPES COURSE
AGES 10-11 $55
This ropes course is for kids 10 and 11 years of age. It is a fun and exciting junior course designed for the younger age group. Kids must be able to reach 140 cm. Please note, this trip does not go out at the same time as the 12-14 year old high ropes course trip.
AGES 12-14 $70
This is a challenging and exhilarating way to experience the forest using bridges, rope swings, tight ropes, monkey bars, and ziplines to name just a few. Must be 12 years old and able to reach 180 cm. Please note, this trip does not go out at the same time as the 10-11 year old high ropes course trip.

Once you have registered for your session, you will receive an email with the link to the Orientation Package. This package will include all the information you require about what to bring, where to arrive, etc. Please ensure that you have reviewed this material thoroughly with your camper(s).
A registration fee of $50 is included in the price; this price also includes your Evans Lake Forest Education Society membership. GST is additional to the price noted.
More than 30 days notice: Campers unable to attend a session for any reason will receive a refund, less a $50 administration fee.
Less than 30 days notice: We will attempt to refill your spot from our waiting list and, if we are successful, you will receive a refund less the $50 administration fee. Otherwise no refund is available.
Medical Reason with Doctor’s Certificate: Full refund or credit toward another session. NB-Campers can transfer from one session to another (if space is available) for no additional fee with 10 days notice.
No Refund: There will be no refund made for any camper leaving camp due to homesickness, arriving late or leaving early. No refund will be available for campers dismissed from camp for breaching camp rules. In the event a camper leaves due to injury or illness, a partial refund may apply.
Please note your selected arrival and departure locations on the registration page. This is the stop we will be picking up and dropping off your child at. Please note the times and locations and arrive 15 minutes prior to check in. Any changes must be communicated in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We require that you complete this form for each session, so that we can best support your camper during their stay. Emergency contacts must be someone other than parents/guardians. They must live locally, and be available for contact during the camp session. Diet/Allergy information must be communicated as clearly as possible on the Medical and Health Form.
Parents must also provide their date of birth; in the unlikely event your child is taken to the hospital, this information is required by hospital admittance.
Donations and Membership
Evans Lake is a non-profit and relies on the support of the community to sustain the operation. There are many ways you can help Evans Lake into the future: A donation to help another camper, a contribution to an Evans Lake Fund, bequests and planned giving, donation of materials and your hard-earned time are but a few. If you are able to support Evans Lake through a monetary donation please enter your donation amount on the registration page. Evans Lake also hosts many Work Party Weekends, these are great opportunities to help and experience some of what Evans Lake offers the children that attend our camps and programs.
Open House 2017
Open House is on Sunday, June 25, from 11 AM to 3 PM at the Evans Lake Centre in Squamish. This iss a great time to come and visit our camp with the whole family. All activities were open for participation and our summer staff is on hand to meet you and your campers. ALL ARE WELCOME*!
