Please note that our office is closed on weekends. All camp registrations and camp inquiries must be submitted by the last business day before beginning of each Camp Session.

Horsebacking Option (see above for sessions with Riding Option): $65.00+ Fee  ** Waiver will be emailed

T-Shirt: All prices above include one camp t-shirt

Subsidy Information: Subsidies are available. Please read though our subsidy policy and then you must complete the subsidy form and return it prior to May 30th. If you require more information, please contact: info@evanslake.com.

Cancellation Policy:

More than 14 days notice: Campers unable to attend a session for any reason will receive a refund, less a $35 administration fee.

Less than 14 days notice: We will attempt to refill your spot from our waiting list, and if we are successful you will receive a refund less the $35 administration fee. Otherwise no refund is available.

Medical Reason with Doctor's Certificate: Full refund or credit toward another session

NB. Campers can transfer from one session to another (if space is available) for no additional fee.
